Voraussetzungen für einen ECOnGOOD Account

Du kannst einen ECOnGOOD Account beantragen, wenn folgende Voraussetzungen erfüllt sind:

• Es besteht eine aktive Mitgliedschaft in einem Verein der Gemeinwohlökonomie (siehe Mitglied werden)

• In der Mitglieder-Datenbank SmartWe ist genau ein eindeutiger Eintrag zu deinem Namen und Geburtsdatum vorhanden
  (Prüfung/Nachtrag bei Bedarf durch die Mitgliedschafts-Betreuer*innen der jeweiligen Vereine)

  Die Mitgliedschaft besteht entweder mit Dir (bei Privatpersonen) oder dem Unternehmen, für das Du die Ansprechperson bist. Eine (zusätzliche) Mitgliedschaft der Ansprechperson(en) ist also nicht erforderlich. Voraussetzung ist jedoch die aktive Mitarbeit in der GWÖ (siehe weiter unten). Beendet ein Unternehmen die GWÖ-Mitgliedschaft oder verlässt der/die Account-Inhaber/in das Mitglieds-Unternehmen, wird der Account gelöscht.

• Du bringst dich temporär aktiv in die Arbeit in der Bewegung ein, z.B. bei der Webseitenüberarbeitung o.Ä. und benötigst dafür temporär Zugriff auf bestimmte Tools
• Solltest du als Ansprechperson eines Mitgliedsunternehmens einen Account wünschen, so kannst du einen Account beantragen über das Formular Account without membership. Es begründet keine neue Mitgliedschaft, erzeugt aber den Datenbank-Eintrag, der für den Account erforderlich ist, leider ist es derzeit nur auf englisch verfügbar, bitte wähle daher oberhalb der Seite die Sprache Englisch aus, um es auszufüllen.

Wie geht es weiter?

Nach Antragseingang prüft das IT-Support-Team, ob die Voraussetzungen erfüllt sind und erstellt dann umgehend den Account oder du bekommst eine Nachricht wegen einer nicht erfüllten Voraussetzung.

Du erhältst (in der Regel innerhalb weniger Tage) eine E-Mail (an Deine private Adresse) mit

• der Anleitung zur Aktivierung Deines Accounts durch die Vergabe eines individuellen Passwortes
• weiteren Einstiegs-Informationen

Warum bekomme ich keine Bestätigungs-E-Mail?

Nachrichten - besonders, wenn sie mehrfach verschickt wurden - können im SPAM-Filter landen.
Bitte die dort gesammelten Mails überprüfen und ggf. die Einstufung einer Mail (auf "kein Junk" oder "kein Bulk") zu korrigieren.

Manueller Prozess

Den früheren "manuellen Prozess" zur Account-Beantragung bieten wir nicht mehr an, da er zu arbeitsaufwändig und mit dem inzwischen etablierten und verbesserten Online-Prozess nicht mehr notwendig ist.

Prerequisites for an ECOnGOOD Account

In order to receive an ECOnGOOD Account you have to

• be a member of an ECOnGOOD legal body (eg. association) with an entry of an active membership in our membership database smartwe 

  with exactly one unique entry of your name and birthdate)

  →  become a member here

Or as exception without membership your are a part of the staff, a further contact person of a company with membership or an active part of an organisational unit for a limited time. In these cases, please use this form - account without membership.

FAQ

Did the submission of the form fail?

If the form returns an error message there are one or more reasons:

• there is no membership database entry with your first name and last name
• the birthdate is missing or different in your database entry
• there are several entries with the same names and birthdates

Please check first if the birthdate in your account request form is correct. If yes, please send a screenshot with your entries in the form to it-support@econgood.org

What happens next?

The IT support team will check your application regarding membership in a legal association and/or your activity in the movement. You will receive a notification of the sucessful account setup or about additional requirements.

Within a few days you should receive a mail (to your private mail address) with informations, how to activate your account.

Why do i not receive the confirmation mail?

It might have considered as SPAM (or junk or bulk) by your mail-provider.
So please check your according SPAM folder and eventually correct the classification accordingly.

Why do I have to give you my birthdate?

There ight be other persons with the same combination of first and lastname but the combination of firstname, lastname and same birthdate is ...let´s say not very often. So we need a possibility to identify your application and connect it with the right person.
