Voraussetzungen für einen GWÖ-Account

Um Du kannst einen GWÖ-Account zu beantragen, müssen wenn folgende Voraussetzungen erfüllt sein:sind:

• Es besteht eine aktive Mitgliedschaft

• Es gibt für Dich einen Eintrag im Mitgliedsverwaltungs-System SmartWe.
  Wenn das nicht bereits über den Mitglieds-Antrag im Online-Formular erfolgt ist, kannst Du "die GWÖ-Idee unterzeichnen", z.B. über https://web.ecogood.org/de/aktiv-werden/unterzeichnen/jetzt-unterzeichnen/
• Du bist Mitglied

  - generelle "Unternehmensaccounts" gibt es nicht. Ein*e Vertreter*in eines Mitgliedsunternehmens kann jedoch einen Account bekommen und benötigt dazu keine zusätzliche persönliche Vereins-Mitgliedschaft (der Mitgliedsnachweis erfolgt über das Unternehmen). Es kann auch mehrere Accounts pro Unternehmen geben - Voraussetzung ist jedoch, dass jede Person mit Account aktiv irgendwo in der GWÖ mitarbeitet und dies durch den*die jeweilige*n Koordinator*in nachweist

  sein. Daher wird bei Unternehmen (mit aktivierter Mitgliedschaft - in SmartWe dokumentiert) der Account für eine (oder mehrere) Ansprechperson(en) des Unternehmens erstellt. Eine (zusätzliche) Mitgliedschaft der Ansprechperson(en) ist also nicht erforderlich. Voraussetzung ist jedoch die aktive Mitarbeit in der GWÖ (siehe weiter unten). • Du bringst dich aktiv in die Arbeit in der Bewegung ein (Mitarbeiten)
• Du erklärst, den Umgangskodex (Code of conduct) gelesen und verstanden zu haben
• Du erklärst verbindlich, Dich an die Datenschutzbestimmungen zu halten

Online-Prozess mit dem Anmeldeformular

Der Prozess zur Anmeldung wurde im Juli 2020 umgestellt.
Es ist dadurch deutlich einfacher, einen Account zu beantragen und es geht schneller, ihn zu erhalten.

Voraussetzungen für den Online-Prozess

Du kannst das Formular unten nutzen, wenn

• Du persönliches Mitglied bist.
  • Mitarbeitende von Mitgliedsunternehmen müssen vorerst noch den manuellen Prozess nutzen.
  • Nichtmitglieder benötigen eine Bestätigung von Gus Hagelberg
• Dein Eintrag im Mitgliedsverwaltungs-System SmartWe ein korrektes Geburtsdatum enthält (es erfolgt eine automatische Prüfung von Name und Geburtsdatum).
• die Gruppe, bei der Du aktiv bist, als aktive GWÖ-Organisationseinheit in der SmartWe eingetragen ist (sonst wird sie nicht zur Auswahl angeboten).
  Vor allem bei Regionalgruppen in Gründung ist das oft noch nicht der Fall.

Wenn eine dieser Voraussetzungen nicht erfüllt ist, kann der Account leider nicht automatisch erstellt werden.
Wir bitten in diesem Fall um Nachsicht und um eine manuelle Beantragung (siehe im Detail unten).

Du musst ein Passwort zur Aktivierung wählen. Weitere Infos dazu erhältst Du in Deiner Begrüßungsmail.

• , z.B. in einer Regionalgruppe oder einem AkteurInnenkreis (Hub)
• In der Mitglieder-Datenbank SmartWe ist genau ein eindeutiger Eintrag zu deinem Namen und Geburtsdatum vorhanden
  (Prüfung/Nachtrag bei Bedarf durch die Mitgliedschafts-Betreuer*innen der jeweiligen Vereine)
• Solltest du als Ansprechperson eines Mitgliedsunternehmens einen Account wünschen, so kannst du dich auf "Jetzt Unterzeichnen" eintragen. Es begründet keine neue Mitgliedschaft, erzeugt aber den Datenbank-Eintrag, der für den Account erforderlich ist.

Die Mitgliedschaft in einem GWÖ-Verein führt nicht automatisch zur Erstellung eines GWÖ-Accounts. Selbst wenn du das gleich folgende Formular einschickst, wird der Account nicht automatisch erstellt, sondern durch aktives EIngriffen der Leute aus dem IT-Support-Team.

Wie geht es weiter?

Nach Antragseingang prüft das IT-Support-Team, ob die Voraussetzungen erfüllt sind und erstellt dann umgehend den Account oder du bekommst eine Nachricht wegen einer nicht erfüllten Voraussetzung.

Überprüfe auch Deinen Spam-Ordner in Deinem Mail-Programm, ob die E-Mail vielleicht dort gelandet ist.

Es ist wichtig, dass Dein Antrag von einem geeigneten Menschen bestätigt wird (dieser ist oben als "Koordinator*in" bezeichnet).

Warum bekomme ich keine Bestätigungs-E-Mail?

Nachrichten - besonders, wenn sie mehrfach verschickt wurden - können im SPAM-Filter landen.
Bitte die dort gesammelten Mails überprüfen und ggf. die Einstufung einer Mail (auf "kein Junk" oder "kein Bulk") zu korrigieren.

Manueller Prozess

Den früheren "manuellen Prozess" zur Account-Beantragung bieten wir nicht mehr an, da er zu arbeitsaufwändig und mit dem inzwischen etablierten und verbesserten Online-Prozess nicht mehr notwendig ist.

Prerequisites for an ECG Account In order to receive an ECG Account you have to: be a member of an ECG legal body (eg. association) contribute actively to the movement be a natural person. Accounts are not given to organizations or companies as a whole Warning The process has been updated and we now offer the application via online-form in many cases. Please send Feedback to Petra Vogt (at) ecogood.org. 1) Apply via Online-Form  A new online application form is now available in English (and German). For other language we have to ask for a bit more patience. You can use the form if you:  are a member of an ECG association (individuals only, not companies). Employees of company members must use the manual process for the time being. Non-members need a special permission from Gus Hagelberg. there must be an entry for you in the member administration system SmartWe (name and date of birth are automatically checked) The group you are active in must be entered as the active ECG organisational unit in the SmartWe (otherwise it will not be offered for selection). For some of the international countries this is not yet the case, especially for regional groups or associations in formation. Please us the manual process (the below) in these cases. If the registration form cannot be used, the below-mentioned manual process will be used. 2) If the Online-Form doesn´t work, this is the manual replacement process	1	Read the Rules about using an ECG Account	2	Read the Code of Conduct

The membership should exist either with you (personally) or with your company/organisation, for which you are the contact person Info The owner of an ECG account must be a natural person (we do not set up accounts for businesses or organisations as such). Thus for a company or organisation the account will be set up for one or more of their contact persons. The person applying for the account does not have to be a member of an ECG association. If the form returns an error message there are one or more reasons: there is no database entry with your first name and last name the birthdate is missing in your database entry there are several entries with the same names and birthdates Please check first if the birthdate in your account request form is correct. What happens next?

The IT support team will check your application regarding membership in a legal association and your activity in the movement. You will receive a notification of the sucessful account setup or about additional requirements.

Within a few days you should receive a mail (to your private mail address) with informations, how to activate your account.

Why do i not receive the confirmation mail?

It might have considered as SPAM (or junk or bulk) by your mail-provider.
So please check your according SPAM folder and eventually correct the classification accordingly.

Please send an email confirming your account activation to your coordinator.

Exceptions

In certain cases an ECG account can also be provided to individuals who are not yet members of an ECG association (legal body)
(for example ECG staff or members of partner organizations).

Such cases must be approved by Gus Hagelberg
